AlphaPepe Dev Release #004

We’ve now shipped the first interactive demo of AlphaSwap, the intelligence-native DEX being built on top of $ALPE.

This release is designed to give users early visibility into the AlphaSwap experience, core interface logic, and the intelligence architecture being built around the product. While this is still a demo environment and all swap execution remains disabled, it now offers a functional preview of how AlphaSwap is intended to feel, behave, and evolve.

What is now visible in the demo:

1. AI Pre-Swap Analysis

Users can select any token in the swap panel and trigger an AI analysis card before execution. This introduces a pre-trade intelligence layer built to surface key signals such as safety score, momentum rating, risk level, and whale flow direction directly inside the swap experience.

2. AlphaIntelligence Modal

The ALPHA INTEL panel opens a deeper research layer, giving users access to a broader intelligence breakdown across contract safety, holder health, liquidity lock status, social signals, whale activity, on-chain metrics, and full AI-generated interpretation. The goal here is simple: move token research closer to execution.

3. Trending Tokens Table

The demo includes an AI-curated token discovery table with safety scores, narrative tags, 24-hour change, volume data, and one-click loading into the swap panel. Users can also filter by narrative sectors including AI Agents, RWA, DePIN, DeFi, Memecoins, Layer 2, and Oracle.

4. Whale Moves

A live wallet intelligence feed has been added to surface high-conviction activity from high-win-rate wallets, including wallet address, action, token, amount, timestamp, and win rate data.

5. Intelligence News Feed

The demo also features a real-time headline stream organised by category, including AI, DeFi, RWA, Risk, and Macro, with sentiment-coded formatting to improve readability and signal recognition.

6. CT Social Pulse

A curated stream of high-signal crypto social content is now visible in the demo, designed to prioritise relevance and narrative movement over raw noise.

7. AI Daily Briefing

Users can preview the AlphaSwap market briefing layer, built to summarise major narratives, opportunities, and risks in plain English. In its full form, this feature is intended to be gated to 125,000 $ALPE holders.

$ALPE Fee Offset Logic

The demo also introduces the fee offset model tied to $ALPE holdings. Users holding 10,000+ $ALPE qualify for a 75% swap fee offset. Fee distribution is structured as 50% burn, 30% stakers, and 20% treasury.

Routing Layer

The current routing architecture shown in the demo references Uniswap V4 and 1inch, though again, all trading remains disabled in this release.

Important note

All features currently shown are part of the demo environment and are not yet live in production.

This release is intended to showcase product direction, user flow, and intelligence design rather than full deployment-state functionality.

What happens next

Feedback is now being actively collected from the demo experience so that usability issues, interface friction, and early bugs can be identified and addressed ahead of the first AlphaSwap v1 live release.

This stage is important because it allows refinement to happen before live rollout. The objective is not just to ship fast, but to ship a stronger first production version with clearer interaction logic, cleaner execution pathways, and a more stable intelligence surface.
