AlphaSwap Early Access is now live.

This marks the first functional AlphaSwap release, moving the product from demo preview into live swap execution across Ethereum and BNB Chain. Users can now connect their wallet, import tokens, generate swap quotes, and execute trades through active PancakeSwap and Uniswap router connections.

The early access release is focused on live routing, token import support, transaction preparation, AI-powered market intelligence, and $ALPE utility access inside the AlphaSwap ecosystem.

This release covers AlphaSwap Early Access, the current router-based execution model, 0% platform fees during early access, live AI features, and the next stage of AlphaRouter development.


AlphaSwap Early Access Is Live

AlphaSwap is now live in early access with working swap functionality.

Users can now trade tokens on Ethereum and BNB Chain through connected DEX router infrastructure. This means AlphaSwap is no longer only a demo interface. The product now supports live swap preparation and execution using external liquidity routes.

The current version allows users to import tokens by contract address, flip trading pairs instantly, use one-tap MAX balance selection, and swap tokens directly through the AlphaSwap interface.

The goal of this early access stage is simple: bring AlphaSwap into live usage, monitor routing performance, test swap flow behaviour, and prepare the product for the next expansion phase.


Current Early Access Features

The first early access release includes the core tools needed for a functional swap experience.

Current AlphaSwap features include:

  • live token swaps on Ethereum
  • live token swaps on BNB Chain
  • token import by contract address
  • instant token pair flip
  • one-tap MAX balance selection
  • live quote generation
  • swap transaction preparation
  • router-based execution through PancakeSwap and Uniswap connections
  • AI Trending Tokens access for eligible $ALPE holders
  • AI Daily Briefing analysis for eligible $ALPE holders

For users, the front-end experience is designed to remain simple. Select a token, review the quote, confirm the trade, and execute the swap.

Behind that flow, AlphaSwap connects to existing router infrastructure, resolves available liquidity paths, prepares transaction data, and routes the trade through supported decentralised exchange connections.

This is the first working execution layer for AlphaSwap.


0% AlphaSwap Platform Fee During Early Access

AlphaSwap currently charges 0% platform fee during early access.

Users only pay the normal network gas required by Ethereum or BNB Chain when executing a transaction.

This early access structure is designed to reduce friction while the product enters live usage. At this stage, the focus is not platform fee capture. The focus is usage, stability, route performance, quote reliability, transaction success flow, and user experience under real trading conditions.

Early access gives the team a cleaner testing environment while users begin interacting with AlphaSwap as a live product.


Router-Based Execution Through PancakeSwap and Uniswap

AlphaSwap Early Access currently routes trades through PancakeSwap and Uniswap router connections.

This gives AlphaSwap access to established liquidity environments from day one. Instead of launching with a closed or narrow internal routing system, the current version uses existing DEX infrastructure to support broader token availability and working liquidity access.

A swap product needs more than a visual interface. It needs a routing stack that can support:

  • token pair discovery
  • liquidity path resolution
  • quote generation
  • slippage calculation
  • transaction calldata preparation
  • wallet execution flow
  • final swap routing through active liquidity pools

By connecting to PancakeSwap and Uniswap routers first, AlphaSwap can deliver live swap functionality while AlphaRouter continues development in parallel.

This gives the product a practical first release path: live trading now, deeper routing control later.



AlphaRouter Development Is Already in Progress

AlphaRouter remains one of the major next steps in the AlphaSwap roadmap.

The current early access version uses PancakeSwap and Uniswap router connections for live execution. AlphaRouter is being developed as AlphaSwap’s future internal routing layer, designed to give the product more control over route logic, liquidity source mapping, route optimisation, and future execution features.

The rollout path remains phased. First, AlphaSwap launches through established router infrastructure. Then, the product continues improving live swap performance, user experience, and route visibility. After that, AlphaRouter can become a deeper infrastructure layer for more advanced AlphaSwap execution.

This approach allows AlphaSwap to move into live usage without waiting for every internal system to be completed first.

The priority is to build the execution base, then expand the intelligence and routing layers around it.


AI Features and $ALPE Utility Access

AI-powered AlphaSwap features are already available inside the early access release.

This means AlphaSwap is not only live as a swap interface. It already includes the first layer of AI market intelligence connected to $ALPE utility access.

Certain AlphaSwap intelligence features require users to hold a minimum amount of $ALPE tokens:

  • 50,000 $ALPE to access AI Trending Tokens
  • 50,000 $ALPE to access AI Daily Briefing analysis

AI Trending Tokens is an AI-scored market discovery feature designed to help users track tokens gaining attention based on AlphaSwap’s intelligence layer, market signals, and internal scoring logic.

AI Daily Briefing gives users a daily analysis layer designed to summarise market activity, token movement, trading conditions, and relevant on-chain or market signals in a cleaner format.

These features are part of the wider $ALPE utility model. As AlphaSwap expands, $ALPE functions as an access asset inside the ecosystem, giving holders access to specific intelligence tools and advanced product features.

This creates a more utility-driven structure around the token. Instead of relying only on market attention, AlphaPepe is building a product layer where $ALPE is connected to feature access, platform usage, and ecosystem participation.


Utility-Led Growth After Launch

Post-launch marketing is expected to place stronger focus on AlphaPepe’s utility layer, especially AlphaSwap, instead of only promoting the token itself.

This matters because AlphaSwap gives AlphaPepe a product-led growth path.

As more users discover AlphaSwap, the focus can shift toward the tools being built inside the platform: live swaps, router-based execution, AI market intelligence, token discovery, daily analysis, and future trading intelligence features.

Certain advanced features already require $ALPE access. This means product usage can create a clearer utility-demand loop around the token.

Users discover AlphaSwap. Users engage with the tools. Advanced AI features require $ALPE holdings. That requirement can support future demand for $ALPE as the product ecosystem expands.

This does not guarantee market performance, but it gives $ALPE a stronger functional role inside the ecosystem. The long-term goal is to connect $ALPE to product access, trading intelligence, AI analysis, and the broader AlphaSwap experience.
